Your pledge helps us increase our impact to meet the growing demands of our community. To join the 365 Small Business Circle, you may pledge to make an online payment through debit/credit/ACH or pay with check.

Pay With Check

Complete and submit the 365 Small Business Circle Pledge Form to Melina Pizano at 365@myunitedway.org or PO Box 1286 Kankakee, IL 60901. Upon receipt of this pledge form, we will invoice you for the amount selected. Checks should be made payable to United Way of Kankakee & Iroquois Counties.
